Send us Gerber files, a sourced bill of materials, and any production requirements. Then we use our simple quoting system to provide a fast and accurate quote, and if approved, we continue to production.
Step 2
Component Procurement, Fixture Creation, and Kitting
We purchase the materials and set up the job to be run on the production floor. Every job is different, so fixtures may be needed to create quality and repeatable products.
Step 3
Surface Mount Component Placement and Solder Reflow
Surface-mount components are placed by machine to ensure consistency and are placed according to the drawings and job requirements. Solder reflow is done with a multi-zone oven programmed to each board's specifications. This ensures that the electrical connections between components are long-lasting and defect-free.

Thru-Hole Assembly and Soldering
