SMT Assembly

Max Panel Size: 300mm * 300mm

 

Part Sizes: 0402 - 40mm * 40mm (BGA or leadless 0402 not supported)

Solder: No clean lead-free solder

Depanel Methods: Mouse bite tabs, v-score, CNC tabs (CNC depaneling coming soon)

Volume: Low to medium volume

Part Files: GBR for PCBs, PDFs for schematics, drill drawings, and board drawings. CSV, DOCX, TXT, or XLSX for part placement files and BOM (for bottom side parts the board needs to be flipped before generating the bottom part placement file).  DRL for Exillon drill files. ​

Restrictions: No medical, military, or aerospace PCBs. 

Note*

On leadless parts, a tester or a test procedure is preferred to maintain quality and functionality.

Thru-Hole Assembly

Max part count: 10 thru-hole parts per board max

 

Solder: No clean lead-free solder

Part types: Axial, radial, odd form

Max Panel size: 300mm *  300mm

Depanel Methods: Mouse bite tabs, v-score, CNC tabs (CNC depaneling coming soon)

Volume: low to medium (depending on part count)

Part Files: GBR for PCBs, PDFs for schematics, drill drawings, and board drawings. CSV, DOCX, TXT, or XLSX for bill of materials.  DRL for Exillon drill files.

Restrictions: No medical, military, or aerospace PCBs.

3D Printing (Coming soon)

​Plastic: PLA, ABS, TPU, PA, PETG and Nylon

We don't support embedded filament types like wood, metal, carbon fiber, etc.

Max Print Size: 220mm(X) * 220mm(Y)* 250mm(Z)

Volume: Low volumes

Printer Types: FDM                      (Resin prints Coming Soon)

Supported Layer Height: 0.12mm (Highest Quality), 0.16mm (High Quality), 0.2mm (Standard Quality), and 0.28mm (Low Quality)

Colors: We have Black PLA and TPU In stock. We can do other colors such as primary colors, secondary colors, brown, grey, and white.  Unique specialized colors cost more (color-changing, clear filament, etc.).  

Supported File Types: STL and OBJ

Print Types:  We are best for prototypes, enclosures, light to medium-duty functional parts, toys, low poly models, decorations, and other gizmos.

3D Print Restrictions: No food-related, medical, military, High-resolution tabletop*, weapons, or aerospace 3d prints.

​*High-resolution models for DnD or other tabletop games don't come out well on FDM printers.

Testing

Meters in-house: LCR, Multimeter, and Oscilloscope

We are experienced in learning and using customer testers to provide a good service.

Send us the parts or have us order the parts and we'll assemble them. 

Volumes: Low to medium (Depends on number of assemblies)

Method: Inaccurate manual spray (this is for if you would like the whole board coated and don't care about exact thickness)
